Makeup brush details: eye shadow, eye blender, eye liner, bronzer, blush, foundationBrush cleaner (not pictured but love it!)| Lipstick: Mac Creme Cup

This last month I added some new products to my makeup bag and have been thrilled with the results! With so many products to choose from, trying to decide which products to buy can often feel overwhelming. So, most of us end up using the same things month after month and year after year. After doing some extensive research of my own, hopefully I can be of some help!
The Bobbi Brown brushes pictured above have been absolutely amazing!  They work beautifully and are as soft as can be, I can tell they will last me a long time.  Throw in the MAC foundation brush and you have a pretty great collection. Lastly, I am in love with this CREME CUP lipstick by MAC. It is the perfect color and will work flawlessly with nearly any skin tone.  Enjoy!

Guest Blogger: Kelly from Eat Yourself Skinny
Hello lovely readers of Ivory Lane!  I’m Kelly from the blog Eat Yourself Skinny and I can’t even begin to tell you how thrilled I was for the gorgeous Emily to invite me over today to share one of my recipes with you all!  My blog is all about indulging in healthy foods without sacrificing flavor and I love to show that cooking can actually be fun.  With that said, I wanted to share my two favorite things in this whole world – yep strawberries and dessert, all combined into one delicious cupcake.  I lightened these up by substituting the oil for Greek yogurt and thought it would be fun to color the frosting pink.  Mix everything together and that’s it!  Easy peasy.
These are simply perfect for those girls’ nights and I think your friends will just swoon over them! Your welcome!
Heres the recipe!
1 box of your favorite strawberry cake mix
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 1/3 cup water
3 eggs
1 (16 oz) container of sugar-free vanilla frosting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together strawberry cake mix, yogurt, water and eggs together in a large bowl for about 3 minutes until nice and smooth.  Spoon batter into 24 cupcake liners and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow cupcakes to cool completely then pipe on vanilla icing.  Feel free to mix the icing with a drop or two of red food coloring to create a light pink color.  Enjoy!

Thanks again for inviting me to share one of my favorite desserts!  Feel free to hop on over to my blog to see Miss Emily herself wearing one of those fabulous outfits of hers! xoxo
