Happy Friday! As you may know from my Instagram, I LOVE to escape and get in a good workout whenever I can. Whether it is hiking with my family, going on a long Saturday run, or attending early-morning group fitness classes, there is no better feeling. Right now I am training for a few half marathons in the spring and a full marathon in June (YIKES). I have never pushed myself to do a full marathon, so I’m a little nervous.
A lot of you have asked about my training schedule. I have made one that works best for me, but I follow Hal Higdeon Marathon training schedule as well. I cross train quite a bit with group fitness classes at the gym, so my running schedule is more flexible. Below is a look at my schedule. Remember, I am not an expert by any means. I just do what works for me and it would be fun to share.:)
With being as active as I am, I am ALWAYS on the look out for new workout clothes. In fact, the need to find new work out clothes could be my worst habit. It has become somewhat of an addiction! Nordstrom has a great selection and I LOVE the Zella Pants in today’s post. Below I have listed other items that I am loving from Nordstrom.
