My outfit details: Rachel Parcell Top, J.Crew Leopard Print Skirt, Louboutin Pumps, Celine Bag (similar here & here)

When I found this skirt, I knew I needed it! I love leopard print and the bow definitely sold me! The fabric is soft and comfortable and I love how it fits! This top from Rachel Parcell goes with everything from skirts to skinny jeans! I love having pieces that I can mix and match!

A little update on my training…I’m running the St. George Marathon this weekend and the nerves are really starting to kick in! I haven’t run more than 20 miles so far, so I’m a little anxious for the last 6.2! But I’m glad that I’ll have the chance to experience a full marathon before the New York Marathon! Do you have any marathon advice or last minute tips?

  1. At every mile, my sister and I would say, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!” and “No excuses, play like a champ!”. Good luck! It’s such an awesome feeling when you’re done!

  2. Good luck with your marathon! For me, once I reach a point where I feel myself mentally starting to check out or physically it is becoming too much, I look for points/landmarks in the distance that I tell myself… I just have to get to that tree/landmark/etc and then I will walk… I never actually walk, but once I reach that point I find another tree/landmark in the distance and do the same thing. It helps me psych myself out on the distance and before I know it I’m in the home stretch.

  3. Save some energy for your push at the end! The last couple for me (like 22 on) were the hardest BUT doable!! You got this! Have fun!!
