We had the most amazing time in Hawaii! We stayed at a beautiful condo that we booked through Home Away. It was so perfect for our family. We had nine people we needed to fit and our rental fit everyone perfect! There were three bedrooms and three bathrooms with a full kitchen and family room and a beautiful balcony with the most stunning views of the ocean. Some other benefits included two private balconies, a full kitchen, A BBQ, and no hidden fees. It was SO nice to not have to eat out every night. Especially having kids with us it was SO perfect to cook in for a few nights!

If you are looking to travel with family or friends I would definitely recommend booking through HomeAway. Families and groups don’t have to settle for shared spaces when they can upgrade to a whole vacation home or condo and have enough space for everyone to feel comfortable! It’s your vacation, why share it?!

Thanks so much to HomeAway for partnering with me for this amazing experience!

  1. I can’t believe 9 of you shared that tiny kitchen!! eek! I live in FL and home rentals are very common, they are full 5-6 bedroom 4-5 bath houses. The bedrooms are huge and there are screened in pools as well as proximity to the ocean. Definitely not the same view as Hawaii, but I just love how spacious they are, perfect for 2-3 families. I noticed Canon is missing from all the photos, I guess he’s with daddy while you ladies take care of business -photoshoot before the family comes in and turns the place upside down as they do! 😉 It’s a shame to see so many coke products everywhere you all go. That stuff is known to cause all kinds of diseases. Healthy now, diagnosed with cancer down the road….so not worth it!

  2. We stay at the Marriott when we go to Maui too- my in laws have a time share there. i need to look further into homeaway- i thought it was people who rented out their own homes. i guess i don’t totally understand. thanks for sharing this post!
