Happy Wednesday Ladies! I have been getting a lot of questions about my workout lately, so I wanted to share one of my essential work out tools – a good playlist. I love working out, especially when I have the right music to set the tone and pace of my routine. A good upbeat, pump-up song to get me through planks, sprints or helps me do just one more squat. I have found that having a playlist ready to go beforehand is key. It saves me from wasting time looking for a good song, when I should be working out. Check it out and let me know what you think!
