My Green Protein Shake

I love starting my day with a green protein shake. It is the perfect breakfast on-the-go, post-workout recovery drink, or an afternoon pick-me-up! Plus, it is packed full of the nutrients you need, but so yummy. I can’t think of an easier and more delicious way to get so much protein and nutrients in a single serving. Green Protein Shake Recipe:

1 Scoop Protein Powder (I love this and this)

½ cup water

1 TBS Almond Butter or 1 TBS PB2 Premium Chocolate

1 TBS Flax Seed

½ Banana

Handful of Spinach
