I always get excited when I find a new recipe for a healthy snack, and these protein balls are no exception. My kids and I love them as a quick grab and go snack. The best part is, they are so easy to make and kids love to help me!

No Bake PB Energy Bites:
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2/3 cup Peanut butter, creamy
- 1 cup Oats, old fashioned
- 1/4 cup Dark or semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup Flax seed, ground
In a medium bowl combine the oats, flax seed, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips (I chose to melt my chocolate chips and dip at the end).
Stir to combine.
Using a small cookie scoop portion out the dough into 1-2 inch size balls (you can also just use your hands to form the balls if you don’t have a cookie scoop).
Place the balls on a baking sheet or plate, then set in the refrigerator or freezer to set
