Happy Monday! Today I wanted to share a quick workout with you all. This 30 min HIIT Treadmill interval workout is from my Running Guide week 1-3, and I absolutely love it! It’s a quick but very effective workout, and I would highly recommend it. Since one of my goals for 2020 is to run a few half marathons, it is the perfect time to start my running guide over and get prepping!
