Hello everyone, happy Monday! I hope you all had an amazing weekend and are feeling ready and refreshed to tackle the week ahead! To start this week, I wanted to share my go-to fitness resources with you. I am so busy and often travel for work, so I need fitness programs that can be just as on-the-go as I am. Whether I am in the gym, at my house or out of the state, these resources allow me to still get an effective workout in!
The Sculpt Society was created by celebrity trainer Megan Roup as a way to empower people through movement. TSS is an athletic approach to dance based fitness, offering a sense of strength, freedom and fun while still being a super effective workout. Honestly, the most fun you’ll ever have working out and you can do it from the comfort of your own home! Such an amazing app!
Another great resource I love is Bikini Body Guides by Kayla Itsines. BBG workouts are a quick 28-minutes and can help you increase your fitness and strength, regardless of what stage you’re at! BBG workouts can now be found within the SWEAT app along with so many other amazing programs, nutrition guides and support!
I have talked about how much I love Alexia Clark workouts before and it’s still so true! Alexia is a certified personal trainer and certified nutrition specialist helping people live a more confident and happy life by integrating fitness into their busy lifestyle. My favorite thing about her workouts though, is her philosophy to keep fitness fresh and fun by never doing the same workout twice! There are new workouts released each week as well as a delicious nutrition plan! Definitely a great resource to check out!
Lastly, as many of you know, I created a running guide to share my own personal experiences – including trials and errors, conversations with experts and endless research. I have learned so much since I ran my first half marathon in the spring of 2012, but I could never find a program for women that included all of the information I wished I had while training for races. Hopefully this will be a great tool and resource for you!
