Hello and happy Wednesday! While we are all stuck at home, I thought it would be helpful to share some of my essential home workout equipment. During this stressful time, I have found it so beneficial to stay active and stick to a routine.
Putting my mind into a routine provides structure that pushes away my feelings of anxiety. When my mind always knows what is coming next, it doesn’t have as much time to wonder. For me, getting my workout done first thing in the morning sets everything in motion and a quick 30-minute workout each day can boost energy and reduce stress.
