Hello and happy Wednesday! I hope you all had a restful long weekend surrounded by the ones you love.
I am so grateful for all the quality time I’ve had with my family lately. It’s been so refreshing to get together and now that the weather is nice, we’ve had such a blast getting outside and staying active. There is just something about these warm summer days that draw me outdoors and motivate me to get moving.
While exercise is so so important, it is also crucial to make sure your body has the fuel needed to sustain and carry you through each day! Eating a healthy lunch replenishes my body and gives me the boost of energy I need to finish the day strong, so today I thought it would be fun to share some of my go-to lunches with you!
