Hello and happy Wednesday! Today, I wanted to share some of my workout essentials with you – from the perfect boost of energy to the yummiest recovery snack!
I have been raving about Level Up since day one and for good reason: it is SO GOOD! This pre workout doesn’t give you jitters, has added vitamins to boost metabolism, and is now available in two amazing flavors! I will always be a sucker for the watermelon because it tastes just like a sour patch kid, but the tiger’s blood flavor reminds me of a summer snow cone and I can’t get enough!

Possibly the most important workout essential: cute workout gear. I don’t know about you, but when I have an outfit I feel confident in, it makes getting up, getting ready and getting going that much easier.
