Happy Thursday all! I can’t beleive how quickly this week is flying by. This past weekend we headed to the mountains for some cooler temps and to celebrate! We celebrated Taylor’s birthday along with Rachel and Drew’s anniversary. We stayed at the St. Regis Deer Valley and although nice we didn’t love it and would have rather have stayed at the Montage Deer Valley. So if you are ever staying in Park City head to the Montage and you will always be taken care of.
We were able to enjoy some time relaxing by the pool. Not having to chase little ones around was quite a treat and one we really enjoyed.
While up there we of coarse enjoyed lots of delicious eats. Versante Hearth + Bar for their Spiro pizza was beyond amazing! Riverhorse on Main is an old favorite that never disappoints. Firewood is a feast for the senses and a place to try next time your on Main Street in Park City. When breakfast rolls around Five5eeds is the only place to go and a local favorite.
Being up in the fresh mountain air had me dying for a run. We started on Mid Mountain at the Montage and ran directly to the St. Regis. The views were stunning with a hint of fall in the air giving me all the feels for the season that is just around the corner. The trail was absolutely perfect and with a pretty flat terrain the whole time. It was so great to have a quick little getaway and recharge from the chaos of life. Can’t wait for the next one!
