One of my family’s favorite meals lately has been this Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl. I feel like every family has their staple recipes, and this is definitely one of ours. I’ve been making this for years, and love that it is so simple and easy to make, not to mention something healthy that the kids love. I also love that you can switch out or add any veggie you have on hand or any you’d like, in my opinion the more veggies the better!
Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl
Serving size 1 portion
– 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
– 1 cup chicken [I like to use rotisserie chicken a lot of the time]
– 1 cup sauteed bell pepper, scallions, sliced carrot, broccoli, zucchini
[you can switch out and veggies you like]
– sprinkle of sesame seeds
– 1 tbs Mr. Yoshidas teriyaki sauce
Roughly 400 calories
