These Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps have been on repeat lately. I love that they’re easy to make, fresh, and filling. This recipe is also perfect for using up any of the veggies you have in your fridge. It’s packed with nutritious, whole ingredients and your family will love it.

You can find the recipe below. Hope you love it!

Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps

INGREDIENTS
(Amounts vary on personal preference and size of people you are serving)
– Butter Lettuce
– Shredded carrots
– Shredded purple cabbage
– Edamame
– Rotisserie chicken
– Sliced Colored peppers
– Green onions
Thai Peanut sauce
– Limes
Sriracha [optional]
Trader Joes Nori Komi Furikake Japanese Multi-Purpose Seasoning [optional]
Chili flakes [optional]
– Cilantro [optional]
– Crushed peanuts [optional]

The directions are pretty self-explanatory. Wash and dry your butter lettuce and tear off the individual leaves. Then layer on your favorite ingredients. The ones listed above are my favorites but you really can’t go wrong with additional items. Just build to your liking and you are ready to go. Make sure to drizzle the tops with the peanut sauce, fresh squeeze of lime, chili flakes, crushed peanuts, etc. It’s great for families because everyone can pick and choose what they want. Enjoy!

    1. I personally wouldn’t recommend freezing it as lettuce does freeze well and I don’t think the other vegetables would hold their crispness. However, it would stay good in the fridge for 3-4 days. I hope you enjoy them!
