My sister launched her Rachel Parcell Fall Collection last week and it is so good!! Every piece is of the highest quality + goes with any type of aesthetic you may have at your house. I love all the pieces but my absolute favorite is the Dark Brown Wood Serving Board! It’s a piece I love to have out in my kitchen as decoration but I also use it to elevate anything I’m serving. It of course is the perfect charcuterie board but I love to use it in other ways as well.
Another way I like to use it is to make an artisan breadboard. it is so easy to put together and looks like you put in a lot more effort than you really did. I like to go to my favorite local bakery and pick out some of their seasonal artisan loaves of bread. In this particular board, I chose sourdough, 9 grain, beer bread, and a French baguette. I partially slice them and then mix in some fresh fruit. You could also add in cheeses, nuts or veggies. To go along with the bread I made 3 different kinds of compote butters. These are so easy to make and really elevate the board. I have included the recipes below of the compote butters that I made. This is great spread to make when having people over or if you need to bring something to someone’s house. I mean who doesn’t love carbs and butter!?!
