I have been having some major spring fever so I am beyond excited that we are now officially into spring!! This is why I am so thrilled with Rachel Parcell’s Spring Dresses that dropped today. These dresses are fun, flirty, feminine, chic, and sophisticated. They are great to dress up or down and can easily be carried into summer.
